Without it, the <\/span><b>Item Notes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> card is hidden from both <\/span><b>Sales Settings<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>POS Settings<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The account owner has this permission by default; it&#8217;s disabled for other roles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To grant it to an employee, go to <\/span><b>Employees<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2192 <\/span><b>Manage Employee Roles<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, open the role, enable <\/span><b>Manage POS Line Notes Library<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, then save.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Note:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> If the page appears but the notes table doesn&#8217;t, the <\/span><b>Item Notes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> toggle is disabled; turn it on and click <\/span><b>Save<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
