Your data is stored on servers and processed immediately, so you cannot open screens or record transactions without an internet connection.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"300\" data-end=\"472\">However, there are <strong data-start=\"319\" data-end=\"380\">two applications that work without an internet connection<\/strong>, allowing you to continue working during connectivity interruptions in critical situations:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"474\" data-end=\"652\"><strong data-start=\"474\" data-end=\"513\">Point of Sale Application \u2013 Offline<\/strong> allows you to continue making sales during an internet outage, so operations at your store do not stop and you do not lose shift invoices.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"850\"><strong data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"687\">Expense Recording Application<\/strong> allows you to record expenses completely offline, including their attachments and data, making it suitable for users who record their expenses outside the office.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"852\" data-end=\"1277\">In both applications, data is stored on the device and then <strong data-start=\"912\" data-end=\"992\">automatically synchronized with your account when the connection is restored<\/strong>. The application displays the synchronization status for each record \u2014 synchronized, syncing, or failed \u2014 so you can see at any time which data has reached the system and which has not yet been synchronized. You can synchronize an individual record or synchronize all records at once.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"1279\" data-end=\"1684\"><strong data-start=\"1279\" data-end=\"1304\">What you should know:<\/strong> Offline functionality is limited to these two applications. Other operations \u2014 including invoices, purchases, inventory, reports, and accounting \u2014 require an internet connection.
