This conversion is invisible to the user; the import process and the column mapping screen work exactly the same way, regardless of whether the original file was in CSV, XLS, or XLSX format.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Note: if the file cannot be converted (due to being corrupted or in an unsupported format), the message <strong>&#8220;The uploaded file could not be processed.
