From the <\/span>“Add Offer”<\/b> or <\/span>“Edit Offer”<\/b> screen, next to any products selector (“Products,” “Excluded Products,” or “Free Products” depending on the offer type), click the <\/span>“Paste from Sheet”<\/b> button \u2014 this button only appears when the selected item type is <\/span>“Products.”<\/b><\/p>\n

Steps to Use:<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. A popup window opens, containing: a “Clear Old Records” toggle, an editable grid with one column (“Product Code \/ Product Name”), an “Add” button, and “Import” and “Cancel” buttons.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Enter the product data using one of the following methods:<\/span>\n
      \n
    • Type product codes manually.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Type product names manually.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Copy multiple rows directly from Excel, then paste them into the grid using <\/span>Ctrl + V<\/b> \u2014 each pasted row automatically creates a new record in the grid.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Enable the <\/span>“Clear Old Records”<\/b> toggle if you want to completely replace the previously selected products with the newly imported ones, or leave it disabled to add the imported products to the current selection without removing it.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click <\/span>“Import”<\/b> to complete the process.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Notes:<\/b><\/p>\n

      • The system validates each entered product code or name; products that actually exist in the system are imported successfully and automatically selected in the corresponding products list.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Products are identified by their product code or name.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Duplicate products are automatically ignored, and blank rows are ignored during import.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • The popup window closes automatically after a successful import.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • This same import mechanism applies when importing “Products,” “Excluded Products,” and “Free Products” (depending on their availability for the offer type).<\/span><\/li>\n
