Invoice&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0option, the system automatically creates a single journal entry with the following details:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><strong>Debit account:<\/strong>\u00a0the account for the supplier linked to the purchase invoice.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Credit account:<\/strong> the employee&#8217;s custody account linked to the custody.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note: <\/strong>you must disable the\u00a0<strong>&#8220;<label class=\"form-label fs-8 fw-medium text-black\" for=\"72AutomaticPayPo\">Auto-Pay Invoices Using Supplier Debit<\/label><label class=\"form-check form-check-custom form-switch bg-white border border-1 border-dark-1\"><\/label>&#8220;<\/strong> option in the sales settings for the &#8220;Purchase Invoice&#8221; option to appear on the settlement
