After successfully completing the purchase on the website, the <\/span>AI Coin balance<\/b> is added to your account automatically, even if you don’t return to the app right away after paying. If the updated balance doesn’t appear as soon as you return to the app, try the following steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Wait a moment, then check again:<\/b> the balance update may take some time, especially if the app was running in the background while the payment was being completed.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Refresh the balance manually:<\/b> if the app was open in the background during the payment process, you may need to manually refresh the coin balance within the app to reflect the new value.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Check your internet connection:<\/b> if you lost connectivity during the process, the app will automatically try to re-sync the balance later once the connection is restored.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note: <\/strong>if you closed the browser <\/span>before actually completing the payment<\/b>, no balance will be added, and you can try again by tapping <\/span>“Buy AIC”<\/b>.
