The required permission is \u201cApprove or Reject Leave Applications.\u201d<\/strong> For an employee to approve or reject a leave application, this permission must be enabled specifically for them, and their name must also be included as an approver in one of the approval configurations<\/strong> (whether as a Direct Manager, Department Manager, or specifically selected employee).<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> This permission is not enabled by default for the Employee<\/strong> role in the Employee Roles settings. It must be enabled manually by the technical\/administrative team if you want to allow regular employees, not only managers, to approve requests.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

  • Simply having this permission is not sufficient. The employee must also be listed as an approver at an active approval level in one of the approval configurations<\/strong> for them to receive requests for approval.<\/li>\n
