No. You cannot change the task status directly from To Do<\/strong> to Completed<\/strong>. Users can no longer select a status directly from the status drop-down list. Instead, the available action depends on the task’s current status.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

  • From To Do<\/strong>, the available action is Acknowledge<\/strong>, which changes the task status to In Progress<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • A task can be changed to Completed<\/strong> only from the In Progress<\/strong> status by using the Complete<\/strong> action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Note:<\/strong> In other words, a task must first move to the In Progress<\/strong> status before it can be marked as Completed<\/strong>. There is no direct transition from To Do<\/strong> to Completed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
