This message appears when the system detects that your Daftra account is already connected to Salla using an older integration method. The old connection must be removed first to avoid data conflicts and sync issues before completing the new integration setup.<\/p>\n

Steps to resolve:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. In the message popup, click “Go to API Keys Settings”<\/strong> \u2014 the API Keys page in Daftra settings opens in a new tab.<\/li>\n
  2. Find the “Salla Integration”<\/strong> key and delete it.<\/li>\n
  3. Return to the integration setup page and click “Deleted, Continue”<\/strong> \u2014 the system will re-validate automatically and allow you to proceed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
