There are several possible reasons the links may not appear:<\/h4>\n

Financial year status:<\/strong> The journal entry links only appear when the financial year status is “Closed.”<\/strong> If the year is in “Open” or “Current” status, no journal entry links are displayed \u2014 this is the expected system behavior.<\/p>\n

Permissions:<\/strong> All three links \u2014 Profit & Loss Entry, Closing Balance Entry, and Opening Balance Entry \u2014 are only visible to users who have the “View All Journals”<\/strong> permission. If this permission is not enabled in your role, the “Financial Period Information” section remains visible but without the journal entry links.<\/p>\n
