In the system, visibility of the <strong>&#8220;Shifts&#8221;<\/strong> menu is entirely controlled by dedicated permissions under the <strong>&#8220;Shifts Permissions&#8221;<\/strong> group within the <strong>&#8220;Employee Attendance&#8221;<\/strong> section. If none of the following permissions are enabled, the menu will not appear for that user at all:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\">\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Manage Shifts:<\/strong> Full access to create, edit, and delete shifts.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>View My Shifts:<\/strong> View personal shifts only.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>View All Shifts:<\/strong> View all employees&#8217; shifts without editing access.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>View My Team Shifts:<\/strong> View subordinates&#8217; shifts in the organizational structure without editing.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Manage My Team Shifts:<\/strong> Manage and edit team shifts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">To grant the employee access, go to <strong>&#8220;Settings&#8221;<\/strong>, then <strong>&#8220;Users &amp; Permissions&#8221;<\/strong>, and enable the appropriate permission for their role.
