Follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>From the main menu navigate to \u201c<strong>Payroll<\/strong>\u201c.<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201c<strong>Settings<\/strong>\u201d then click the \u201c<strong>Contract Notifications<\/strong>\u201d tab.<\/li>\n<li>In the \u201c<strong>Probation Notification Settings<\/strong>\u201d section enter the number of days in the \u201c<strong>Duration (in days)<\/strong>\u201d field.<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201c<strong>Save<\/strong>\u201c.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>After saving the system automatically sends a notification to the employee\u2019s direct manager \u2014 via the web portal, mobile app, and email \u2014 on the configured day before the probation end date. The email includes the employee\u2019s name, job title, department, probation end date, days remaining, and a link to the employee\u2019s profile.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0The notification is sent to the direct manager set in the employee\u2019s profile. If no direct manager is assigned it is sent to the department manager instead.
