Check the following:<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"><strong>1. Active Search Filters<\/strong><br \/>\nMake sure the list filters (date, status, client, staff) are not excluding the booking. Press <strong>Clear Filter<\/strong> or <strong>Reset<\/strong> to remove all filters and view the full list.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"><strong>2. Date Range Does Not Include the Booking<\/strong><br \/>\nIf a date filter is applied, make sure the booking&#8217;s date falls within the selected range.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"><strong>3. Booking Belongs to a Different Branch<\/strong><br \/>\nMake sure you are viewing the correct branch \u2014 bookings linked to other branches will not appear in the current branch&#8217;s list.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"><strong>4. Booking Is Cancelled<\/strong><br \/>\nIf the status filter excludes cancelled bookings, the booking may exist but be hidden \u2014 enable the <strong>&#8220;Cancelled&#8221;<\/strong> option in the status filter.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"><strong>5.
