A booking status in Daftra reflects its current stage in the workflow. Here is what each status means:<\/p>\n

Status<\/th>\nMeaning<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n
Under Review<\/strong><\/td>\nThe booking has been created but not yet confirmed \u2014 awaiting review by the team or assigned staff member.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Confirmed<\/strong><\/td>\nThe booking has been reviewed and confirmed \u2014 the client is aware of their appointment and the team is ready.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Done<\/strong><\/td>\nThe service has been completed and the booking has been successfully fulfilled.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Cancelled<\/strong><\/td>\nThe booking has been cancelled by either the client or the team and will not be carried out.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n
