When this permission is absent, the date field is automatically locked to today&#8217;s date and appears visible but not editable.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">To grant the permission:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\">\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Go to <b>Employees<\/b>\u2192 <strong>Manage Employee Roles<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Open the required role and click <strong>Edit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Navigate to the <strong>Sales Permissions<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Enable the <strong>&#8220;Change Payment Date&#8221;<\/strong> checkbox.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Save the role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> Existing roles that already have payment permissions will find this permission enabled automatically.
