The number of purchase invoices depends on the number of different suppliers included in the booking file.<\/p>\n

The system automatically creates one separate purchase invoice for each supplier and groups all related services under that invoice.<\/p>\n

For example:<\/p>\n

  • If you have one supplier for hotels, one for flights, and one for visas \u2192 the system will generate 3 purchase invoices<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • If the same supplier provides both hotel and transport services \u2192 both services will be combined into a single purchase invoice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
