Step 1: Export Product Data
- From the main menu, go to “Inventory“.
- Select “Products & Services“.
- Check the boxes next to the products you want to stop tracking.
- From the “Actions” button, choose “Export“.
Step 2: Edit the Exported File
- Open the exported Excel file.
- Delete all columns that you do not need to update, keeping only the following columns:
- Product Name
- Product Code
- Type
- Track Stock
- Tracking Type
- Save the file after editing.
Step 3: Import the Edited File
- Go back to the “Products & Services” screen.
- Click “Import“.
- Select the file you edited and saved earlier.
- Select the “Comma Separated” option.
- Click “Next Step“.
Step 4: Match the Data
- From the data matching screen, link the following columns:
- Product Name
- Product Code
- Type
- Track Stock
- Tracking Type
- Enable the option “Update an existing Product with new data“
- Select the “Product Code” field to specify the data to be tracked.
- Click “Import“.
